Forgotten Your Password?
This guide will show you how to reset your password in MyQuickCloud
Steps:
If you or one of your users have forgotten their password or wish to reset it this can be done via the password reset option on the website:
- Navigate to https://app.myquickcloud.com
- Click the Forgot Your Password link
- Enter the email address associated with the account you wish to reset and click the Send Me Instructions button
- In the next few moments you will have received an email to your account with the subject MyQuickCloud Password Reset Requested
- In the email click the link Proceed with Password Reset
- Enter your new password, confirm and then click Reset Password
Your password has now been changed and you can login immediately
